Pendulum Court

BYU Pendulum Court

The Pendulum Court restaurant is a lab run by dietetics students. It is a required course designed to give them hands-on experience in a quantity food setting. The lab is open for nine weeks in the Fall and Winter Semesters, Monday through Thursday from 11:30 am - 1:10 pm (12:00 pm - 1:10 pm on Tuesdays).

The dietetics junior class operates the restaurant. As a result we are able to purchase high-quality food and the cost to patrons is substantially lower than similar restaurants. The Pendulum Court is a tax-exempt, non-profit organization that serves primarily faculty, staff, and students within the Brigham Young University campus.
